High Pressure Horizontal Cylinder Steam Autoclave With Manual Door And Steam Generator

The unit has outer chamber, inner chamber, boiler, Lid and jacket - all are made of SUS304 grade stainless steel. For controlling sterilization cycle, a three-way valve or a multiport valve provided. It is supplied complete with vacuum break, water level indicator, and steam trap & automatic pressure control switch.

Chamber frame support

The chamber is supported by heavy tubular steel stand and floor flanges for level adjustment.

Safety door

Single door fitted with radical shooting arm provided with automatic pressure locking device so that the door cannot be opened till chamber pressure is fully exhausted. This offers complete safety to the working personnel.

Water level limit

♦ At the boiler level which is automatically limits the pressure to the required set values.

♦ At the chamber level, spring-loaded safety valve and a dead weight release valve to release the steam in case the pressure exceeds the safety limits.

♦ A spring loaded safety valve in case of its failure which releases the steam to keep pressure within safety limits

♦ All these safety features function independent of one another and sequent i.e. one take over the charge in case of other's failure. The "Low Water" indicator turns on and stops all functions on the same time, when water in the steam generator is not enough.
 

Testing: Sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.
 

Steam Deflector : The steam enters the chambers through a special device, which deflects it in all directions, thus avoiding any air pocket.
 

Dial Thermometer: Accurately indicates the working temperature in the chamber.

Pressure gauge indicates the actual pressure of steam in the jacket & compound gauge indicates the pressure or vacuum in the chamber
